How Do I Purchase Installation Service with the Product?
1) Click the "Buy Assembly" button under Product.
2) On the page that opens, select the province and district connected to your address. Check the "Add product with installation cost" button at the bottom.
3) If the district you are in does not exist on the page that opens, assembly service cannot be provided to that region.
I've Created My Order What Should I Do?
* After your product is shipped and delivered to you, a message will be sent to you by our assembly company for an appointment within 24 hours.
* You can set the appointment date and time by calling 0850 441 05 84 between 10:00 - 17:00 after receiving the message.
* If there is no message within 24 hours, you can also call 0850 441 05 84 to determine the date and time of the appointment.
What is your Online Assembly Procedure?
There are no refunds for assembled products.
The installation site must be ready for the works to be done.
Especially for kitchen orders, the area to be assembled must be ready and the old kitchen must be dismantled. Otherwise, the assembly cannot be done and an extra 100.00 TL service fee is requested as it will be re-assembled.
If the assembly area is not ready on the agreed assembly date, a service fee of 100.00 TL will be requested for a second visit.
You can make the amount to be paid for the second visit by calling 0850 441 05 84.
If the purchased installation service is canceled on the agreed appointment date and address, the service fees collected are not refundable.
The warranty period starts from the date of performance of the service.
Defects, deterioration, loss and normal wear and tear of the product caused by misuse and misuse of the product are not covered by the warranty.
